Hi there, who I am I?


I am a pilates teacher (Level 3 qualified) and have been teaching in different venues around Jersey for about 3 years now. I love teaching Pilates because I love doing this fantastic form of exercise for a living. I also like doing it, because it really does help people. If people miss a class they tell me they really notice the difference and can’t wait to come back. Being able to help people through either exercise and Meditation is what I enjoy the most.


I am also qualified in Nutrition, and have a degree in Applied Consumer Science and studied for a further 2 years in Nutritional Therapy. I am having a break from doing individual consultations at the moment so I can concentrate on my Pilates and Meditation. But hope to incorporate my nutritional experience in future courses.


I have been practicing meditation for a number of years now. I love the impact that Meditation has had on my life, helping me feel less anxious and allowing me to escape for a while.

I successfully completed my diploma with distinction to teach meditation with the British School of Meditation. I offer Meditation courses to people in Jersey and will be offering online Meditation courses soon.

On a personal note, I am married with two amazing children and live in a house full of animals. My life is always busy but that’s how I like it, and I think that is the norm for everyone these days.
