About me
Hello, I’m Natasha, founder of Nrgize Pilates in Jersey.
I help people improve their strength, posture and overall wellbeing through Pilates, meditation and holistic
wellness practices. My approach focuses on the connection between the mind and body, helping clients
feel stronger physically while also supporting mental balance and stress relief.
For me, Pilates is not just about exercise. It’s about helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies,
move more freely, and build habits that support long term wellbeing.
My Story
My journey with Pilates began when I was struggling with lower back pain and anxiety. When I discovered
Pilates it was truly life changing. Not only did it help relieve my back pain, but it improved my posture,
changed my body shape and helped me feel calmer and more balanced mentally.
Experiencing these changes inspired me to train as a Pilates teacher so I could help others experience the
same benefits.
Over the years I have seen first hand how Pilates can transform both physical health and mental
wellbeing, and this continues to motivate me every day in the work that I do.
My Approach
My classes combine several elements of wellbeing to support both physical and mental health. These
include:
• Pilates for strength, posture and core stability
• Meditation and breathwork to support relaxation and mental clarity
• The MELT Method to release tension and improve mobility
• Pilates to improve back health with stretching to improve flexibility.
Together these approaches create a holistic way of supporting both body and mind, helping you feel
stronger, more balanced and more energised.
Experience
I have been teaching Pilates in Jersey and online for over 12 years, working with people of all ages and
abilities.
My aim is to create classes that are supportive, welcoming and enjoyable, helping people move better, feel
stronger and develop healthy habits that last.
Qualifications
BSC (Hons) Applied Consumer Science degree
(combining Food Science, Dietetics and Nutrition)
Level 5 Diploma in Life-coaching, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming and EFT. (Emotional Freedom Technique).

This work supports women with stress, confidence, mindset and overall wellbeing
using a holistic approach that combines hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP and nutrition.
My overall philosophy is simple: when we support both the body and the mind, we create lasting positive
change.
