What is Hypno-Jab?

Hypno-jab is a focused clinical hypnotherapy and Nutritional advice program designed to help reset your relationship with food, calm emotional triggers and support appetite regulation. The hypnosis takes you through a hypnotic clinic as if you have had the real weight-loss jab.

At Glow Your Mind, I combine clinical hypnotherapy with gentle mind-body support so you feel calmer, clearer and more control- without harsh dieting or pressure.
