Mat Pilates Sessions

If you prefer to do your exercises in the daytime, I have a number of classes that might suit you.

My Friday morning classes are based at St Matthews Church Hall, and are suitable for beginners and intermediates.  This is in a convenient out of town location, with free parking available at the back of the hall. Mats are provided for these sessions.

Daytime Mat Pilates

Friday’s  9.30-10.15am St Matthews Church Hall (next to Millbrook park/glass church)

If you work or live in town, then my lunchtime pilates sessions at Jersey Opera house, might be better suited to you. These classes are a mixed ability class, suitable for all levels, you will need to bring your own mat for these sessions. Situated in a bright studio within the opera house, this is a perfect workout to do in your lunch hour, for your mind and your body.

Tuesday and Thursday’s 1.15-1.50pm.

Evening Mat Pilates Classes

My evening Mat Pilates classes are very popular and are of mixed ability classes so suitable for all levels. I have a mixture of beginners and people that have been coming to me for a while in classes. All classes are very relaxed and I encourage everyone to go at their own pace. An easier version and a harder version of an exercise are given for most of the exercises. I provide the equipment but you can bring your own mat if you wish.

If you are new to meditation then this 5-week course is a great place to begin. During this course, you will learn about the many benefits that meditation can give you, from helping with stress and anxiety to calming a busy mind and learning how to relax deeply, improve your sleep and many others.
You will also learn a range of meditation and mindfulness techniques so you can find which approach works best for you.

New Root Healthy Eating Program- 6 weeks starting January 2019

On this program, you will have the opportunity to benefit from the latest research on healthy eating and weight-loss.

Following specific guidelines of foods based on scientific research, you can start the new year with renewed energy and some inspirational ideas with new meal ideas, motivation and an overall more positive focus on foods.

Overview of the Root Healthy Eating Program

UPCOMING CLASSES

New Stretch and Meditate sessions Tuesday’s 12.30-1pm

These are new sessions based in the studio at Jersey Opera House. The sessions will consist of a stretching session, and a different meditation every week. No experience is needed. These sessions are particularly suited for people who are stressed and need to take some time out from work to relax and stretch out.

New Beach Pilates through the summer

I will be doing some sessions on the beach over the summer months, this is an ideal opportunity for you to come along and try pilates, and for my existing members to do some pilates outdoors.
